Privacy notice
This is a small card shop run by one person. Here is what we keep about you and what we do with it, in plain words.
What we collect
- Your name and email, when you register.
- Your phone number and delivery address, when you place an order.
- The payment screenshot you upload with an order.
- Your order details: the cards you ordered, the total, and the order status.
Why we collect it
To approve your account, to take and ship your orders, and to refund you when a card is sold out or an order is cancelled. We do not use it for anything else.
Who can see it
Only the shop owner. Two outside services help us run the shop and handle your details on our behalf:
- Supabase stores the shop's data and files, on servers in Singapore.
- Telegram carries an alert to the owner for every new order and sign-up. An order alert includes your name, phone number, delivery address, the cards you ordered and your payment screenshot. A sign-up alert includes your name and email.
We do not sell your details or hand them to anyone else.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account or an order we may need to support, such as a refund or a delivery question. To have your details deleted sooner, ask us (see below).
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) you may:
- ask what we hold about you and get a copy,
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong,
- ask us to delete your details, and
- complain to the National Privacy Commission if you think your data was handled badly.
